Officially closed the Management Buyout of the Microsoft Online ltd in China on 7th Aug. The Microsoft Online Ltd. is renamed to Westwin Technology Ltd. The new company will focus on enabling the strong demands of both consumers and advertisers between China and the rest of the world. aka, Cross-Border Enabler. On consumer side, company will enable Chinese consumers to seek oversea information more easily. On advertisers side, we will enable the inbound (oversea advertisers promote their products and services in China) and outbound (Chinese advertisers promote their products and services out side of China) digital marketing for advertisers and agencies.
