Over eight years as a Software Engineer, I\'ve developed a broad expertise spanning from front-end customization to advanced backend and data engineering. My technical journey commenced with mastering JavaScript and Python, laying a solid groundwork in web development and object-oriented programming.Early in my career, I focused on enhancing user experiences through front-end development, employing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. This phase was crucial for honing my skills in designing and implementing solutions that prioritize user engagement and functionality, with TypeScript and Firebase significantly influencing my development approach.Progressing to full-stack development, I designed and developed an integrated return management system using Node.js, Express, and MongoDB. This endeavor marked a significant milestone, enabling me to manage databases and authentication systems while seamlessly blending client and server-side logic.A major highlight of my career has been my role in backend and data engineering. I developed a Python and SQL-based engine for inventory planning, a project that stood at the heart of my bachelor\'s thesis on stochastic programming. This work demonstrated my ability to devise innovative solutions for complex challenges, leveraging historical data and machine learning for stock optimization.I also contributed to cloud migration initiatives, notably in transitioning legacy systems to Google BigQuery and enhancing data engineering capabilities through the development of a SQL parser and automating ETL processes with Airflow. These projects underscored my skill in managing large-scale data operations.In the machine learning domain, I spearheaded a forecasting pipeline project, applying my knowledge in Python, Docker, and Google Cloud technologies to generate actionable insights for outbound logistics, showcasing my ability to employ advanced analytics in addressing real-world business issues.A recent undertaking involved overhauling data pipeline and infrastructure management, where I was pivotal in integrating DBT-core, training colleagues, and developing a CI/CD pipeline, reflecting my leadership in promoting innovation and high standards in analytics engineering.Motivated by a passion for continuous learning and excellence, I am eager to contribute my diverse expertise to projects that push boundaries and leverage technology for solving complex issues and generating value.
