As a KYC Due Diligence Agent at Wise, I apply my analytical skills, automation knowledge, and subsea experience to verify the identity and compliance of personal and business customers in the Latam region. I have been working at Wise since May 2022, after six months as a Senior Field Service Technician at IPG - Intertape Polymer Group, where I installed, repaired, and maintained industrial machines and equipment. Before that, I was a Field Service Technician II at the same company for three months. I have over four years of work experience in technical and customer-facing roles, as well as a degree in Mechanical Engineering and certifications in Well Control and Subsea. I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and proficient in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Pneumatics. I am passionate about solving problems, learning new technologies, and delivering excellent service to clients. I am looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to leverage my skills and expertise, and contribute to the mission and vision of Wise.
