Responsible for the strategic operation of Technology in Brazil, incorporating the digital transformation in the retail ecosystem, with a strategic vision (fundamental changes in technology, culture, operations and value delivery)\\\\nReport to the COO | IT Director LATAM | Management of internal and external teams- Strategic structuring roadmap - new IT (Digital/Infrastructure/Agile management/Innovation/Agile management)- Budget management (Capex and OPEX);\\\\n- Responsible for the digital transformation of the company with reorganization of the systems architecture with planning and future roadmap- Implementation of a new front-of-store solution, enabling an evolution in the customer experience in physical stores;\\\\n- Supplier management- Restructuring the order flow of the e-commerce layer, simplifying processes linked to the front and the logistics process- Reorganization of the data architecture with all the indicators and dashboards of the business areas;\\\\n- Implementation of high performance agile frameworks focused on indicators and results.
