   Led IT function of multi-year global process automation program, focused on creating annual run rate operating savings by leveraging process optimization and automation technologies. o Built team of 60 employees across three countries, in less than 18 months. Executed strategy of building internal technical expertise for intelligent process automation. o Introduced 46 new Robotic Process Automation (RPA) use cases into production within two years, handling 6M tasks annually. Generated more than $10M annual run rate savings. o Led IT role in creating end-to-end methodology for automation use cases including discovery, solution design, and execution. Once implemented, this methodology created hard-dollar business operational savings in excess of $100M annually. o Built complex project management processes for IPA program running 20 simultaneous projects covering solutioning, estimation, resource allocation, and delivery execution. o Created 90-page playbook for managing IT operations in IPA, documenting the “way we work” for governance, team structure, execution, support and monitoring, change management, and security. Managed $30-40M budget of capital and expense including personnel for build and run, as well as hardware costs, software licensing, and amortization. o Transitioned support of 70 Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Machine Learning (ML) use cases to internal ownership in 8 months, saving $100K/month. Improved service with 30% fewer incidents and 10% shorter Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). o Managed ecosystem of seven partners providing 50 consultants (on a team of 110), working on simultaneous projects for 11 lines of business in every region of the globe. o Established agile bot maintenance process with 7 backlogs and process owners, managing production backlogs of defect fixes and small changes for 10 LOBs. Completed more than 1900 items in first year, with velocity increasing as teams matured and established cadence.
