ABOUT ANDERS LARSEN
I am people focused HR Leader and Business Partner with a proven track record of building relationships at all levels of the organization and developing and leading people through tough times including two restructuring programs and social plans (PSE) in France. As an HR professional my personal integrity, attention to detail and ability to combine the needs of the business with a customer-oriented mindset has been key to my success. Working with global partners in EMEA and the Americas, I’ve led multi-cultural teams with team members from 10+ different countries located across offices in both France and Ireland. Prior to moving to HR, I have worked as a manager and business leader with responsibility for driving business KPIs and performance for 100+ employees, and before that as an officer in the Danish Army. Since September 2018 I have been highly involved in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives within Blizzard Entertainment. A key accomplishment that I take a lot of pride in has been the creation of our local Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council and Employee Networks. I believe that continuous personal growth and development is vital, and in May 2017 I graduated from the Executive International MBA at IAE de Paris – Sorbonne Graduate Business School, as the valedictorian of my class.
