ABOUT ANDERS BERG
Anders is the VP, Investments of Mini Mall Storage Properties Trust (MMSP) and has over 12 years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and development across several asset classes. Anders transitioned into this role from Avenue Living Asset Management (ALAM) where he acted as Director, Capital Markets supporting MMSP and the other ALAM-managed funds on loan origination and debt management. Other past professional highlights include providing financial analysis and oversight on the development of a multi-billion-dollar mixed-use sports and entertainment district, the sale of a prominent national retail portfolio of 60+ properties, and the land assembly and development of several of Calgary’s largest residential communities. In his current role, Anders oversees the investment analysis and acquisition due diligence processes for MMSP while also providing strategic consultation on many other operational initiatives. Anders holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a Finance designation from University of Calgary’s Haskayne School of Business.
