My role as director has seen the growth and fortification Very\'s design capabilities & processes, introduction of an org level design ops presence, management rituals, and launching new design services in house (ie Industrial Design). I have continued to lead client projects as a Chief Engineer, Lead Designer, and ongoing contributions to team standards, while nurturing the growth of my team. I am always pushing for design advocacy, and partnership amongst Very\'s software, hardware, data, and marketing teams.In addition to the support of Very\'s consulting services, I have actively led design on the development of internal tooling, and upcoming in-house Gen AI products.
