Before that I was an Associate - HR Services with three years of experience at Allianz Services, I’ve had the opportunity to hone my skills in managing employee relations, talent acquisition, and HR operations. In my role at the Human Resource Service Centre, I focused on supporting diverse HR functions, ensuring smooth HR service delivery, and fostering a positive employee experience. Throughout my tenure, I’ve developed a strong ability to navigate complex HR challenges, leveraging my expertise to drive operational efficiency and contribute to a thriving organizational culture. Passionate about talent management and employee engagement, I am always looking to learn, grow, and bring innovative HR strategies to the table.
