As a Deputy Manager Human Resources at Sigachi Pharma, I oversee the hiring process for leadership and business development roles across India and international markets, ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent for our growing business. I have more than seven years of experience in human resources, spanning various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, and manufacturing. I also design and implement SOPs and policies for employee relations, performance management, and competency mapping, in alignment with the company\'s vision, values, and goals. I have extensive knowledge and exposure to GMP, USFDA, ISO, and client audits, and I ensure compliance and quality standards for all human resources activities. I am passionate about developing and empowering our human capital, and I constantly seek to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field of human resources. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Gayathri institute of management studies.
