As a business school associate dean, I work with several teams within our school or across colleges on curriculum/programming strategy, branding, rankings and accreditation. As a scholar, I am passionate about researching the format, content, modalities, and effects of digital advertising messages. I have presented and published numerous research articles, including in Journal of Advertising, Journal of Advertising Research, Journal of Marketing Communications, and Internet Research. I am the former editor of the newsletter of the American Academy of Advertising and the founder of the Master\'s in Digital Marketing at the Welch College of Business. I have served as a digital marketing expert witness and have previously consulted for or worked with a number of organizations, including The Estee Lauder Companies and BBDO. I am also the author of \"AI Made Simple: Copy and Paste Guides for Everyday Tasks\"- the #1 New Release in September 2025 on Amazon\'s Time Management in Business book category.
