Malles Robotics is an automation and robotics company provides turnkey solutions for industrial automation and solution partner for most of the renowned robot brands, such as Omron-Adept, Kawasaki, KUKA, FANUC, ABB etc. • End to End Solution from Application study till project handover • Multi-project Management activities meeting tight deadlines and milestones. • Representing MALLES at various venues like customer place, trade shows, etc, with an emphasis on client acquisition, and also in the Ministry of Heavy Industries. • Visiting companies for application study and concepts creation. • Make presentations of concepts and BOM with costing for proposal. • Concept Creation, Cycle time calculation and Analysis • Timeline Management, Risk Managment, Budgetting and Cost Control • Guide teams to design, program, document, and implement the automation systems toward deliverables. • Manage project portfolio, ensuring the successful completion of projects in timeline within budget. • Oversee project management team, project design and parameters to ensure clients requirement. • Own the customer relationship, for smooth project execution coordinate between customer, internal teams and vendors negotiations. • Installation activity follow-up and provide a complete end-to-end solution to customers. • Stakeholder communication, Maintain strong relationship and conduct regular meeting on the project progress.
