   I started as a Consultant (IBMi) from July 2019 to September 2020 and got promoted as a Senior Consultant (IBMi) from September 2020 till now.As a Senior Consultant, I proactively manage major incidents, including those of severity 1 and unresolvable issues, and through problem management cases. I collaborate with DFA and HCL managers to develop weekly/monthly server availability, utilization, and SLA reports. My role also include the implementation and integration of the WebQuery tool for IBMi environment automation. I keep track of all projects and deliverables to ensure they are completed on time. I create best practices for all servers in the environment based on the DFA technology reference model for replace, re-use, re-engineer, and retire. My major role is to maintain scalable and failover disaster recovery cluster solutions, as well as implementing high-availability data replication between two data centers. I created and maintained an architecture plan while constructing new systems by selecting and configuring hardware and software. I documented and revised system design, testing, and quality requirements. I competently established the system\'s goals and designed flow charts and diagrams demonstrating the logical operational processes of programs. My job was to ensure that enough DR infrastructure, facilities, and capacity were available, as well as to oversee the consistency of implementation standards with authorized technical standards. I also evaluated the server performance and fault tolerance requirements for all classes of service on all iSeries platforms.
