ABOUT ANATOLY DAROV

Experienced attorney and advisor to clients in various industries involved in the structuring and delivery of capital projects and programs, as well as related permitting, environmental compliance, and real estate matters. I am privileged to work with educational institutions, governments, corporations, and design and construction companies to help them understand and address project-related legal and business challenges. My practice is focused on serving as project counsel and advisor to owners, users, and developers of building and infrastructure projects. I work with clients in both the public and private sectors on complex construction, government contracts, and project delivery and procurement matters, including public private partnerships (P3s) in the water, transportation, and social sectors. As an advisor on these projects, I help to bridge the gap between governments and private sector partners so that needed infrastructure projects can move forward in a manner that benefits all stakeholders. I also provide counsel and strategic advice to architectural, engineering, construction, and project management firms in connection with project-related and business matters, as well as private clients undertaking significant real estate development projects. I am active in a number of trade and professional organizations, including the ABA Forum on Construction Law, where I currently chair the Owner & Project Finance Division. I am licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New York. I am also a registered professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and have worked as a transportation engineer and planner on a variety of major infrastructure and land development projects.
