I\'m a fully qualified India-licensed advocate based in Berlin (Authorised to work in Germany), with an Advanced LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement and Arbitration from Leiden University (the Netherlands) and an LL.M. in Human Rights from Symbiosis Law School, Pune (India). I have cross-sector experience in contract management & legal drafting, dispute resolution (high-stakes international commercial arbitration and investor-state disputes), post-arbitral proceedings, human rights & workers\' rights matters, regulatory strategy (incl. ESG compliance), energy law, environmental & commercial litigation, having worked as an executive legal apprentice/graduate trainee at the Directorate General of Hydrocarbons (DGH, MoPNG, Govt. of India).
