   As the Director of Development, I spearhead our organization\'s fundraising initiatives by cultivating and maintaining relationships with individual donors, businesses, and community partners. I design and implement innovative strategies, including annual giving campaigns, planned giving, and sponsorships, to secure financial support. By providing personalized communication and recognition, I ensure donor satisfaction and loyalty. I lead all fundraising campaigns, notably the annual Mane Event, to achieve our financial objectives. This involves managing marketing and outreach efforts to enhance visibility and participation, as well as monitoring performance metrics and reporting progress to the Board of Trustees. In overseeing scholarships and grants, I build relationships with scholarship donors and manage the application and award processes. I also administer teacher grant approvals to fund innovative educational projects within the district and actively seek external funding through grant research and writing. To strengthen alumni relations and community support, I develop and implement engagement strategies. Collaborating with local businesses and organizations, I secure partnerships that advance our Foundation\'s mission. Providing strategic guidance to the Board of Trustees, I prepare and manage the Foundation\'s annual budget with a focus on revenue growth and expense control. I oversee daily operations of the Foundation office, leading both staff and volunteers to ensure our mission\'s success.
