Responsible for end-to-end oversight of key operational processes including workflow management, data quality assurance, underwriting metrics, and regulatory reporting.Key responsibilities include:• Line management of a high-performing team, including appraisals, 1:1s, and development planning• Oversight of USA risk submissions, quote and policy documentation, and risk data capture• Monitoring key platforms and tools (OWL, QUAIL, CROW) to ensure efficient workload management• Ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance through DQIM and underwriting dashboards• Supporting financial close processes and remediation projects• Acting as the bridge between offshore operations and onshore underwriting functionsWorking in a hybrid setup under Pro’s flexible working policy while aligning daily with both Pro Global and the underwriting teams at a leading London insurer.
