As part of PMI’s global transformation journey, I manage full-cycle recruitment for the Smoke-Free Products (SFP) portfolio, partnering with senior leaders across markets to attract, assess, and hire top talent that drives innovation and business growth.Key duties:• Manage 360 recruitment - from talent strategy and sourcing to offer management - for roles within Smoke-Free Products (SFP) business division.• Partner with senior business stakeholders (Directors to VPs) across R&D, Product, Engineering, IT, Data Insights & Analytics, and Commercial functions to define hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.• Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes through strategic market mapping, proactive sourcing, and strong candidate relationship management.• Acting as a trusted talent advisor by providing market insights, data-driven recommendations, and guidance on workforce planning.• Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Employer Branding, and Business Transformation teams to ensure alignment with PMI’s smoke-free vision.• Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across all hiring processes, ensuring accessibility and balanced representation.• Support continuous improvement of talent acquisition practices, tools, and candidate experience within PMI’s global recruitment framework.
