About Dimitris Anastasiou

Over the years, I’ve worked in many different areas of engineering. I don’t have a big story, just small moments that built a belief in me: time is limited and potential shouldn\'t be wasted. That’s why I push myself, it’s because I want to get the most out of every single day. I studied engineering because I wanted to improve the lives of 3 very close relatives with physical impairments. Fast forward to today, that mission has grown into something bigger: the belief that engineering can make life better for so many people. That\'s my goal now. And I’ve failed countless times, but I’ve also built things; I’ve cofounded startups, worked in R&D and open-source projects, research labs, and, long story short, I\'ve learned the hard way that I shouldn\'t wait for the perfect moment, but to create it. Failing doesn’t scare me anymore, but standing still does. What I’m doing today is building the person I want to be tomorrow and that is someone whose work leaves a mark.
