About myself:I am a Senior Community Manager. At the moment I am mainly working with Freelance P2P Interviewers - our community members who are supporting Workgenius to vet IT/Tech talents and specialists. Throughout my career development, I had a chance to work on different topics and small projects, including- Recruitment and management of a talent pool, including Back-end, Front-end and Mobile Developers, DevOps, Architects, UX/UI Designers, PM/POs- Setup and roll out of the vertical focusing on professionals in the \"Data Science\" area, including Data Engineers, Data Scientists and ML Specialists, Data Analysts, etc- B2B management of the P2P Interviewers\' Community- Collaboration with the tech department on internal products\' improvement- Presentations and participation in the meet-ups as a speaker- Marketing activities, incl. content creation (wording, copy-writing, blog posts, LinkedIn campaigns, pillar pages, white papers) and more.I am always open to challenges and truly believe that it is never too late to learn something new!
