Leading Merck Healthcare\'s Global Program Management in various therapeutic areas, my role encompasses steering a dynamic team of Program Management Leaders towards advancing our promising pipeline together with the GPTs. In the DULT we specialize in clinical development and life-cycle management for treatments in Neuroscience & Immunology, Fertility, CM & E and Global Health. With a strong foundation in strategic leadership, as part of the Strategy, Portfolio & Hubs group my focus lies in fostering state of the art PPM organization, advancing innovation and enabling an environment that values diversity and empowers cross-functional collaboration. These principles are vital for nurturing excellence in drug development program management and ensuring that patients\' needs for novel treatments are met with urgency and precision.Previously at MorphoSys, I had a privilege to serve as Chief of Staff to CR & DO, heading R&D Operations & Excellence and ensuring robust R&D strategy execution, underpinning our mission to deliver innovative cancer therapies. It was an honor for me to contribute as GPH and GPT Director to bringing tafasitamab as a treatment option to the DLBCL patients, as well as a hallmark of our teams passion and dedication - addressing unmet medical need in MF by delivering Pelabresib MANIFEST-2 positive top-line data ahead of schedule.
