TIME Best Inventions 2025 Fast Company Most Innovative Companies 2025 Sifted 10•••25 Global Cleantech 10•••25 CB Insights AI 100 & Responsibilities- Run smooth day-to-day operations of the HQ: office utilities, supplies, vendor management, and welcoming visitors- Lead monthly team lunches, Friday quizzes, and organise internal engagement events (e.g. All Hands, Learning at Work Week)- Organised successful Company Retreats (venue, logistics, activities) and revamped All Hands A/V setup- Manage employee experience touchpoints: onboarding logistics, WFH support, Donut calls, and pulse surveys- Drive employee engagement via HR calendar planning, DEI Taskforce coordination, and office culture initiatives- Launch and manage bi-annual employee engagement surveys and contribute to People Analytics initiatives- Support policy creation & updates (e.g. Netherlands employment policies, benefits review, internal Notion hub)- Own Learning & Development (Hibob, iSpring), create monthly training content, and collect feedback- Provide recruitment support: job posting, candidate comms, scheduling, screening calls, hiring manager support, and ATS updates- Book travel/accommodation and assist with ops team logistics when needed
