Led data analytics initiatives to develop Solid Oxide Fuel Cell (SOFC) as a digital product, enhance value from data across the product lifecycle, and scale analytics capabilities within the organization- Established a team of data analytics experts, built strong collaboration networks to effectively use data-driven methods and insights in SOFC product development, operations and digital business- Built the Cloud Analytics Data platform (Azure Databricks) that integrates lifecycle fleet data, supporting 70+ analytics users. Oversaw technical delivery, migration from on-premise solutions, and organizational roll-out- Led the development and deployment of AI products within the SOFC Digital Twin, including failure classification algorithms, health models, virtual sensors, and poisoning detection algorithms. These capabilities have significantly increased fleet availability, runtime, and performance KPIs, as well as improved field test efficiency and operational strategies.
