ABOUT ANASTASIA ZHUKOVA

As a senior manager with Deloitte\'s Accounting & Reporting Advisory (ARA) group. I serve clients and provide assistance and insights on complex technical accounting matters in various subject areas, assist with the implementation of new accounting standards, and deliver insights on new emerging topics such as data analytics and process automations. In my current role I also lead the growth of our practice externally in the market as well as internally by working on strategies to expand and support ARA\'s service offerings. I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and I often speak at events with clients, targets and Deloitte\'s professionals. Prior to my role in the ARA group, I spent several years in the Deloitte’s National Office Accounting and Reporting Services group where I focused on complex technical accounting issues related to the new Revenue (ASC 606) and Leases (ASC 842) accounting standards. I brought additional value by delivering trainings and presentations to Deloitte Professionals, Deloitte clients and industry participants on the new accounting standards to help everyone get up to speed with these significant changes.As an audit professional, I have served large and complex global clients as well as private clients primarily in financial services industry. I have received a BS in accounting from University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, MBA from St. John\'s University and am a certified public accountant licensed in Connecticut and New York.
