I cover Russian sales desk. Support 4 investment advisors in maintaining successful relationships with over 150 UHNW clients. Servicing $2bn worth diversified global discretionary portfolios. My area of expertise includes: Client on-boarding, including preparation of account documentation, creating of client record in CSWM systems, arranging relevant sign-offs from branch management and liaison with Operations team to ensure timely and accurate creation of accounts Execution and administration of trade orders across a wide range of asset classes: Equity, Fixed Income, FX (spot, forward, swap), Hedge Funds, Alternative Investments Monitoring stages of the trade cycle, liaising with trading desk, settlement and reconciliation department to ensure timely and correct trade settlement Conducting daily cash analysis, invest into promissory notes, Fiduciary, commercial paper and Money Market Funds Executing wire transfers and cash receipts, journal and other non-trade related deliveries/receipts Communicating to clients corporate actions notifications, processing clients’ proxy-voting decisions Monitoring liquidity levels, arranging margin calls notifications and reconciling received funds Strong knowledge of loan policy and procedures. Processing collaterals documentation and setting up loans for amounts up to Resolving client inquiries regarding securities quotes, account balances, trading activity on accounts, investment reports information, and general product and/or service information Researching and resolving discrepancies, initiating corrections of transactions and account errors Special adhoc projects as required: i.e. tracking revenue; client specific report preparation; review/research industry reports; compare/contrast various investment options for advisors/clients.
