Hi! My name is Ana, excited to connect with you! A little bit about me: Currently, I work for Honeywell Building Automation (BA) within Integrated Supply Chain, as a demand planner for our Projects & Services business (HBS) in North America. Outside of my role, I am the program manager for our University Relations Development Program (URDP)- Supply Chain\'s intern and rotational program. Additionally, I help manage Honeywell\'s Women Employee Network (HWEN) for BA through organizing our speaker series. I am a graduate of Penn State University’s Smeal College of Business, with a degree in Supply Chain Management and minor in Information Systems Management. From Jan 2024 to April 2025, I was part of Honeywell\'s University Relations Development Program (URDP), completing three 6-month rotations in Materials Management, Sourcing, and SIOP. Prior to that, I was a summer 2023 intern in Operations as well as a Procurement Buyer intern in Honeywell Aerospace the summer of 2022. These short but valuable experiences in Honeywell, alongside a 7-month co-op with The Hershey Company in spring of 2021, have provided me well-rounded experiences within Supply Chain.
