Lead and coordinate with other security colleagues on initiatives aimed at identifying and eliminating risks across Cobalt\\\\n° Develop and deliver plans for resourcing and executing cross functional projects that support Cobalt’s security strategy\\\\n° Oversee the creation of process documentation and best practices related to security programs and new projects\\\\n° Drive vulnerability management program objectives with an eye towards continuous improvement\\\\n° Work with the CISO to develop a roadmap that delivers on Cobalt’s security and corporate technology strategy on a quarterly basis (ISSC) and monthly All Hands\\\\n° Ensure delivery and execution of committed roadmap items across the team\\\\n° Support and oversee successful delivery of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 activities\\\\n° Helping to drive information security initiatives further in the organization to ensure security by default in the way of thinking. Creating a symbiosis of security and modern ways to build and operate software while still being compliant with internal and external requirements.\\\\n° Communicating with multiple stakeholders, business and technical, internal and external, to clarify and shape technical requirements\\\\n° Managing application security initiatives and DevSecOps projects + developing expertise in threat modeling and risk analysis in web applications and tracking\\\\n° Supporting ongoing projects in security-related issues and enhancing transparency across the organization\\\\n° Participation in the conception and implementation of security training courses and instructions to increase company-wide security awareness and creation of compliance driven documentation\\\\n° Assisting in quarterly third-party pentesting project coordination\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
