About Me: 20+ years career experience within Energy and Medical Insurance Markets regarding: Compliance and audit lead involving FERC, NERC, SAS/SAE audit controls Divisional leader of front line, energy asset management team for corporate energy customers Project management executing on solutions for critical business objectives with Health Care Networks, Health Solutions and broader medical insurance organizational enterprise. Individual mentor and lead for team development and strategic organizational development Design and systems implementation (Siebel, SalesForce, OATI, Credit Risk, and custom build solutions) Credit risk policy development and operational system implementation to support new policies and audit controls Stakeholder Relationship Development and Management including issues resolution and customer integration Customer Experience (CX) and Employee Experience (EX) Passionate high school swim coach :) Background: During my career, my core focus has been fulfilling Servant leader, middle management leadership roles across both medical insurance industry and energy markets. My passion is coupled with balancing expectations of internal business partners and external stakeholders, while maintaining a financial prowess.
