I don’t believe in waiting for opportunity—I believe in building it. That belief has shaped a career spanning nearly 30 years across enterprise technology, AI-driven business transformation, consulting, and public-sector education.I am a strategic business and technology leader and former Associate Director at Verizon, where I led large-scale operational and workforce transformations within AI- and data-enabled environments. I progressed from front-line roles into senior leadership, building deep expertise at the intersection of people, process, and technology while delivering measurable outcomes at scale.At Verizon, I helped generate $285M+ in incremental revenue through AI-powered personalization, prospect targeting, and real-time performance monitoring. I delivered $30M+ in cost savings through workforce optimization, AI-driven attrition modeling, and Retail 2.0 strategies supporting global agents. I led workforce forecasting and headcount strategy across 15+ global contact centers, including the transition of agents to remote work during COVID-19, improving SLA and OCC performance. I also led Agile teams delivering enterprise AI products, developed KPI-aligned roadmaps and OKRs, implemented AI coaching models with 95% adoption, and designed 4,500+ ACD routing changes across Avaya and Genesys platforms—reducing call volume by over annually and saving $3M.In parallel, I am the Founder and Managing Member of ARKfinity Consulting LLC, where I bring enterprise-level strategy and execution discipline to small businesses and mission-driven organizations. I help clients translate vision into action across strategy, workforce planning, operations, technology alignment, and change leadership.Most recently, I made an intentional career pivot into public education as a Campus Technology Assistant at Hurst-Euless-Bedford ISD, applying senior-level leadership in a hands-on environment. I support campus technology resilience, optimize device and support workflows, and align execution with district instructional priorities.I am a builder and a mentor who brings clarity to complexity, leads with integrity, and delivers results through collaboration.
