ABOUT ANASTASIA IABLONSKA

As Pattern Maker and Atelier Manager, I am responsible for the full development of garment patterns—starting from the 1° Proto in digital format using a CAD system, through all fit session revisions, until final approval for production. My work includes as well grading, calculating fabric consumption yields, and ensuring every design is ready for industrial production.Additionally, I manage the atelier team and operations, including project timelines, priorities, staff, and budget.Key Responsibilities- Lead the creation and refinement of all garment patterns across the entire collection (Outerwear, Everyday Wear, Special Occasion Wear, Sportswear, and Swimwear), ensuring technical feasibility and production readiness- Report on fabric waste and suggest alternative solutions to improve cost efficiency in the production line when needed- Achieve a high approval rate of prototypes on the first submission- Create and maintain detailed measurement charts- Update patterns after each fit session, including making necessary grading changes- Manage the atelier team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment- Oversee timelines and task prioritization to ensure deadlines are consistently met- Supervise atelier staff and ensure is operating efficiently, providing clear guidance and maintaining high-quality standards- Handle budgeting and resource allocation in line with organizational goals.Personal Qualifications- Highly motivated, full of energy, and always open to trying new things- Stress-resistant, deeply committed, and capable of working at a fast pace while maintaining quality- Independent and responsible—able to contribute original ideas while also respecting direction and requirements- Exceptionally punctual and reliable- Adaptable in the face of unexpected challenges; always focused on high-quality, precise work management.
