Within this role, I triaged phone calls efficiently to prioritize patient care and determine the urgency of visits. I was responsible for booking appointments, managing the practice management system (PMS), and ensuring smooth daily operations. I assisted clients with insurance inquiries, filing, and claims processing, while also promoting and upselling monthly preventative pet healthcare subscriptions.Additionally, I handled email correspondence, coordinated with veterinary staff, and provided excellent client care with a compassionate approach to both pet owners and their animals. I took pride in designing and maintaining seasonal boards to enhance the waiting area experience, creating a welcoming and engaging environment for clients.My responsibilities also included checking in clients, ensuring accurate patient records, and dispensing medications with clear instructions. I managed payments, processed transactions, and conducted end-of-day banking while following up on outstanding debts to maintain financial accuracy and excellent customer service.This role required strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced veterinary environment.

ABOUT ANASTASIA EVES
First Class Graduate in Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. I have a particular interest in aerial robotics as well as space robotics and have tailored my final year project to portray this. I\'ve had extensive experience in veterinary as shown below and within my lifetime I would love to combine my love of animals and robotics into one by creating something to benefit the veterinary field. I have already incorporated these interests into my previous A-level coding assignment and my previous AI research project stated below.Outside of research and university assignments, I enjoy tinkering away at my own personal projects of Lego, wood kits, and small robotics kits. To me, this is how I relax and regain my focus after a day of working and further inspires me to create my own blueprints for robotics projects I would love to create. Tinkering away at projects may correlate with university work, so I also love to bring my creative freedom with the hobby of drawing.I also have amounted experience within the hospitality industry by working in hotels as well as being a part of agencies that staff events and festivals. For example, I have previously worked at concerts including Tom Jones and Pamola Faith doing food service.
