Successfully implemented the organization’s corporate strategy of work 20••••22, which led to the prolongation of grants (GF, CDC, USAID, Coalition Plus etc) till 2023;\\\\n• Immediately and effectively reorganized the workflow during the war in Ukraine to protect the staff\\\\nand families affected by the russian military aggression;\\\\n• Introduced new HR tools for the performance evaluation of staff and senior managers and increased\\\\noverall performance more than 90%(e.g. Overall annual indicator rating for the Global Fund grant as\\\\nof 2019 is A1 – average performance 105%);\\\\n• Efficiently reorganized the workflow during COVID-19 lockdown in 2020 and introduced several social\\\\ninnovations: new distribution approaches and IT solutions, helping to continue provision of services to\\\\nkey population groups. The innovations were recognized by UNAIDS and GF in their reports;\\\\n• Negotiated with national partners and international donors, presenting the organization on seniorlevel\\\\ninternational conferences and meetings ( UN General Assembly, PEPFAR COP meetings etc);\\\\n• Implemented crisis management strategies for (e.g. actions that were taken mitigated the potential\\\\ninterruption of the biggest HIV testing project in Ukraine worth more than 20+ mln USD);\\\\n• Initiated and executed two successful business collaborations with fashion brands (Sova Jewelry house\\\\nand Ivan Frolov Fight for love) which helped to raise public awareness through 200 local influencers\\\\nand fundraised for the procurement of more than 4500 new express-tests for HIV;\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
