ABOUT ANASTACIA RAMIREZ

When people ask me how I got into the HOA industry as someone in their early-twenties, my most common response has been,\"I was bred for this job.\" Occasionally, I am met with a smile, a playful laugh, or a mix of both. In truth, my career narrative began when I was young. Starting at an early age, I would be buckled up for hour long commutes between South Bay San Diego and North County, to volunteer at affluent community events, learn how to perform basic admin duties of copying and filing documents, and how to interpersonally communicate with others. Now, on my second year as a full-time employee within Santaluz Community, serving both the Santaluz Maintenance Association and the Santaluz Community Council, I have been equipped with invaluable industry knowledge. Being able to help lead committee meetings, be present when in discussion regarding community enhancement endeavors, partner with local 501(c)(3) organizations to create customized donation drives, or help facilitate premium community events with over attendees, are just the tip of the iceberg but have all been amazing experiences nonetheless. This path has been unique and challenging, as well as worthwhile and fulfilling. I am constantly excited for the future and all of the opportunity it will bring!
