ABOUT ANASTACIA JAMFREY
Project Manager | Lancs Uni BSc Hons PM Student | STEM Ambassador | Movement to Work Youth Ambassador / Champion | Former Inspiring Women Network Vice Chair & Comms Lead | Former Scout Association Member | Former Member of the Association of Speakers Clubs | Anastacia endured a rollercoaster of an upbringing and left school at 16 with few GCSEβs having just given birth to her son. She went through long periods of unemployment coupled with depression and struggled to find direction in the working world. At 25, Anastacia started her career at BAE Systems through participation on the Movement to Work scheme. Since then, she has completed an Advanced Business Management Apprenticeship undertaking roles in Quality, Manufacturing and Business Support. Anastacia is now working as a Capability Portfolio Bid Manager in the companyβs Air Sector after gaining her APM Project Management Qualification in 2019. She is currently undertaking her business sponsored degree in BSc (Hons) Project Management and is working towards her next promotion. Anastacia is passionate about giving back and currently volunteers as a STEM Ambassador and Movement to Work Youth Champion. She regularly attends CEO and Youth Summit\'s telling her story on stage in the hope to inspire young people and encourage other companies to join Movement to Work. Anastacia enjoys representing her company at national events. She enjoys networking and loves having the chance to meet new people.
