Brings both architecture and interior design together to create spaces which work for their clients from the inside out- Meeting clients to determine their needs. Educating and assisting them with style and budget considerations to meet overall design goals-Creating and maintaining the materials library (CAD drawings, coloured elevations, visual sets, samples, etc) needed to support the presentations to the client at each of the different stages of the project delivery-Interfacing with potential subcontractors during the bidding phase to determine materials and services that are closely aligned with timescales, quality, finishes and budget expectations-Producing detailed & accurate packages containing cad drawings, itemized schedules and relevant information required for the submission of Planning Permission and Tender Proposals-Assisting other teams during the building phase, dealing with contractor’s queries, amending any drawings as required and managing the procurement of all the necessary material for the completion of the job-Working closely with retailers, following orders and ensuring the materials are in situ when required-Delivering high levels of customer service throughout the project, resulting in satisfied clients.
