ABOUT ANAS TOUIJAR
Anas is a mining professional with extensive experience in mine operations, process improvement and change management. As a national lead, Anas succeeded in developing the Mine Engineering and Geology group at WSP by building a strong practice and creating a tangible added value for his clients. As a project director, Anas has led numerous front-end studies (20+), which allows him to understand the challenges that a mining developer is facing from the project start-up to the port delivery. Anas has also advised mining companies on digital transformations, innovative technologies, and best practices using strategic thinking and applying knowledge gained through his field and consultancy experience on all continents (except Antarctica). Results oriented and a strong believer in teamwork, Anas brings out the best in each of its collaborators, while creating an environment that encourages initiative and innovation, and challenges the status quo. He speaks English and French.
