   Lord & Taylor was the oldest surviving brick-and-mortar department store chain in the United States. The brand closed all its physical retail locations in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. The brand was acquired by Saadia Group and was relaunched online-only in the fall of 2022. As a member of the testing team my role was to develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools and frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or JUnit and perform test automation to improve efficiency, speed, and overall working of the website.Responsibilities:•Design and Develop Test plan and test scripts for service API testing based on BRD and User Stories.•Expertise in using TestNG, Maven to build automation frameworks with Java.•Knowledge on Software Testing and Software Development life cycle (STLC & SDLC) including agile scrum, java and Waterfall model.•Create and execute manual test cases and reviewed test cases developed by other testers in our team.•Create Test cases and upload to the Test Management tool and execute test scripts for Release.•Develop Automation Feature files using Gherkin language and RAFT Framework as BDD approach•Perform Automation service API testing using RAFT Framework and generate reports in every Sprint.•Perform API testing using Postman, SoapUI, Insomnia and Swagger.•Perform Smoke Testing, Sanity Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing.
