Provide technical expertise throughout BPI related projects focused on networking and PLC integration across EMEA region.*Liaise with project managers and customers during installation phase whilst reporting and communicating to service management.*Play a key role in complex and multifunctional site installations.*Configuration and Maintenance of Servers and switches to build the Network matrix.*Provide continued technical support post-installation to ensure closure of snags and contribute towards final sign-offs responsible for revenue generation.*Manage ongoing actions and meetings with various customers, distributors, Rapiscan engineers related to BPI networking and integration points.*Support with release of technical documentation. Ensure timely completion of Field ModificationInstructions and Planned Maintenance, corrective repair, Service inspections documentation for assigned accounts and file Service Reports promptly.*Occasional travel required to customer sites both within the UK and EMEA region.*Ensure common practices and efficient methods are applied for Service provided and adheres to SLA requirements.
