Shell Plan Preparation: Develop detailed shell plans in AutoCAD using architectural and structural drawings.•Client Approvals: Coordinate with clients to finalize shell plans before moving into 3D design.•3D Modeling: Build complete aluminum formwork models in software as per approved shell plans.•Full Paneling Work: Execute paneling for walls, slabs,staircase,beam,etc and accessories—end-to-end.•Validation Checks: Perform 4 key checks in Software to ensure accuracy: Formwork Missing Check – verify no elements are missing. Clash/Interval Check – detect and resolve clashes. Pull Tab Error Check – confirm milling and alignment accuracy. Hole Matching Check – ensure perfect hole alignment between panels.•Drawing Generation: Extract production drawings, installation drawings, and accessory lists (with dimensions and quantities) directly from Software.•System Expertise: Work on both vertical formwork systems and monolithic systems.•Technical Coordination: Support sales/project teams with design clarifications and client queries.•Site Exposure: Participate in site visits (Pan-India) to validate and align designs with execution.
