IBM/KyndrylI helped recruit and setup an offshore SQL Server Projects team of 20, split across Bangalore and Pune. I also visited both locations to deliver training and to help integrate the new members into our global team. My current role is working as a Senior SQL Server Database Administrator in the Projects Delivery team, implementing and supporting database solutions for Lloyds Banking Group.• I am a highly experienced SQL Server Database Administrator having worked in both the support and projects team with extensive knowledge of relational database design, installs, migrations & upgrades• I have implemented various Clustering solutions (2/3 node clusters, Geo Clusters) and other High Availability solutions like Database Mirroring and AAG • I have worked with Analysis Services, Reporting Services, Integration Services and other SQL Server components• I have experience of working with third party SQL Server tools like LiteSpeed, Capacity Manager SQL Toolbelt, NetBackup, NetIQ and Tivoli. • I have worked with all the versions of Windows Server, troubleshooting issues with the OS and Hardware.• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Domains, AD Groups, Network, Security, Disk Configuration, Mount Points etc.
