Working closely with senior leaders on building business operation strategies and worked with OPS team on adopting the supported technology to achieve business growth objectives • Designing policies that align with overall business strategy • Overseeing expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits • Evaluating risk and lead quality assurance efforts • Leading the design, build and operation, for advanced enterprise clouds solutions with high availability, up to and remarkably cost-effective in operation which can compete with the most popular public cloud service providers cloud offering solutions • Establishing and maintaining the partnership programmes with technology leaders such as VMware, Microsoft, Cisco, Juniper, F5 Palo Alto, Citrix, Dell, HP, Oracle, RedHat and others. • Assist OPS team with enhancing their capabilities, productivity and capacity, and mentored them in developing carrier goals, objectives, and plans • Work with the Dev and Products Management team on enhancing products, product offering, and new feature deployments • Assist with incident resolution, problem management, changing management, and service desk operations • Work on hardening security access and enhancing the management network • Provide support to the security governance/audit initiatives (SOC2, ISO 27001 and PCI) • Strengthen and oversaw the Security Policies and procedures on Cloud and Managed IT Services operation (Industry Best Practice) • Solve logistic problems with effective speed, accuracy, and completeness to fulfill successful project deliveries • Maintain day-to-day operational requirements following ITIL framework process and client relationships for ongoing projects • Participate with account executives in customer involved meetings to determine different business related and technological requirements which will be used in developing solutions that map within the given customers budget and capabilities
