As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, I am enabling value delivery for a Digital Platform of the Chevron Technical Center. The Real Estate Portfolio, and Building Automation Product Lines are part of this platform. Having joined the platform in its initial stages, I played a key role in establishing Agile and SAFe ceremonies and best practices for this platform. For the Building Automations product line: I am leading the effort to upgrade and deploy Johnson Control\'s Metasys solution and enhanced the Iconics Genesis solution, including provisioning and configuring related IT and OT infrastructure. For the Real Estate Portfolio product line: I am leading enhancements and support of Nuvolo-based Location Master Data solution, including integration with partner solutions. Delivered multiple Power Platform-based and ServiceNow-based solutions. This includes integration with Azure Data Lake for operational and analytical reporting. Due to major changes in Operating Model, identifying and managing cross-platform dependencies is a significant effort, especially for the Building Automation Product Line. I am engaging with multiple Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to remove impediments. I managed Azure DevOps boards, queries, dashboards, retroes, security, etc. for up to 4 teams. I lead 15 to 19 dev team resources and enable them to deliver value. I guide and enable 4 Product Owners to manage and prioritize backlog.
