Currently, I am contributing as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft. My journey began with impactful roles in education and community engagement, including managing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center and serving as a College Advisor with the College Success Foundation. These experiences equipped me with strong project management skills and a deep commitment to fostering inclusive environments.Transitioning into software engineering, I completed the Ada Developers Academy full-stack program, sponsored by industry leaders like Google and Microsoft. This intensive training complemented my prior experience, allowing me to learn software development skills, gain exposure to cloud computing, CI/CD pipelines, serverless architecture and application architecture.Beyond my professional endeavors, I\'ve participated in initiatives such as serving on the Board of Directors for the Tukwila Children\'s Foundation and mentoring through the College Success Foundation, aiming to make a positive impact in education and community welfare.I am deeply committed to fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces and communities.
