I am a research intern in Dr. Spiotto and Dr. Schueler\'s lab. I am utilizing clonogenic cell survival assays to compare the response of HPV-positive and HPV-negative head and neck squamous cell carcinomas to conventional versus FLASH radiation therapy. Furthermore, I am investigating the DNA damage pathways underlying FLASH-RT. Previously, I have used clonogenic assays to characterize cancer cell lines that have different genotypes to proton and x-ray radiations in order to predict radiation response.
