ABOUT ANANYA SAHA
I am a social science researcher with a decade experience in qualitative research, capacity building, and storytelling. I have worked on a range of issues related to education, food security, economic collectives, and menstrual health and hygiene while intersecting gender. I bring my experience and expertise in programme management imbibed in multi-sectoral understanding to work with non-profits in diverse underserved communities. Thriving my innate interest in research, I am honing my development lens through the intersectionality of gender. During an intervention with public middle schools in rural Bihar, I applied storytelling techniques to identify in-depth information from adolescent girls. Working with Adivasis - with special attention to Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Groups (PVTGs) communities in Jharkhand has explicated my evidence-based policy advocacy domain.
