ABOUT ANANYA MALHOTRA
As a fourth-year university student at TMU, my journey in Tech and Business began with co-op experiences at the WSIB, where I worked in the innovation lab & project analysis, and later at RBC, where I am applying data-driven thinking to solve real business problems, in Operations Process Engeering. Outside the workplace, I’ve taken on student leadership roles at Toronto Metropolitan University -representing students, organizing events, and advocating for meaningful curriculum changes that better prepare students for today’s workforce. Through navigating my way as the first immigrant from my family, I realized how many international students - like I once was, struggle to navigate school, work, and life in a new country. That’s when I started offering help, whether it was resume reviews, LinkedIn tips, mock interviews, or just honest advice over coffee chats. To date, I’ve supported 300+ students by helping them- Pick the right programs or co-op paths - Create resumes that actually get callbacks - Build LinkedIn brands that recruiters notice - Reach out for coffee chats, and hear back - Start networking and gain Canadian experience If you are a student - I’m always happy to share what’s worked for me, and point you to resources that can help. If you’re figuring it out, just like I was, feel free to reach out. I’d love to support you in any way I can. And if you are in the workspace, I would love to hear your insights about your role and learn from you. I am hungry for knowledge - Let\'s connect!
