About Ananya Angra

I\'m a final year MTech (By Research) student at IIT Mandi working with Dr. Dileep A.D. I\'ve worked on a project funded by Govt. of India named Speech Technologies on Indian Languages. My area of work focused on spoken dialect identification.I am interested in the domain of speech and signal processing. During my masters I have used state-of-the-art TDNN based x-vector, BLSTM and Transformer based u-vector to solve the problem of dialect identification. Further, for the multi-lingual setup, the problem of dialect identification has been studied for the first time and a novel hierarchical loss has been proposed by our team.
