I am a mother to two beautiful girls. I am the sole owner and designer, for over 12+ years, of a minority and woman owned home renovation business, River City Restorations. I am also the Team Lead, Real Estate Coach and Owner for River City Real Estate Co, a top producing team in Richmond, VA. I am in the top 500 Realtors in the Central VA area. In 2022 I was awarded 4 awards by my previous brokerage; individual agent with the highest volume and most transactions closed, the agent with the most listings in the brokerage and was entered into the Platinum Club for $10+ mil in sales volume. I currently reside in Mechanicsville, VA, in beautiful Hanover County. However, I have lived in The Fan and other areas in downtown RVA. I absolutely love the Rivah City and consider myself an expert in that market! I was born in El Salvador and came to the U.S. when I was 3 years old. ¡Hablo Español! My culture and language are a huge part of who I am, and I really enjoy working with and helping the Latino community find affordable housing. I thrive in being involved in impactful community efforts that uplift and educate my fellow Latinos here in RVA. Growing up with two very artistic forward parents I have always loved beautiful and seamless design, be it through a digital medium or within the walls of an amazing historical home. I truly look forward to meeting new people, hearing their stories and finding them digs where they can continue to create memories with their loved ones. My mission is to help others build generational wealth and understand the ins and outs of all things real estate. I bring a wealth of knowledge on investing, local communities, current market conditions, and the home buying and selling process.
