I am a policy researcher focused on inclusive development, social equity, and community resilience. At the Centre for Management Development (CMD), Government of Kerala, I work on research and program implementation related to disability inclusion, mental health, tribal development, and child-focused initiatives.My work centers on improving outcomes for socially marginalized communities, ensuring that policies translate into meaningful change on the ground.
