About Ananthu Sibi
Currently pursuing PGDM course at XIME Chennai, I have valuable experience of working in customer service, sales, marketing, and operations. I have worked with Allianz Services for 15 months, where diverse skill set in customer support and problem solving and collaborating with other functions to achieve retentions and process improvements was well developed. My interest in technology and innovation motivated me to build an AI chatbot for Airbnb which automated customer support with 91% accuracy. Moreover, during my internship with AGES, I facilitated strategic outreach and stakeholder engagement for the promotion of environmental sustainability through the Miyawaki forest model. In addition to my work and academic life, I have served as a class representative and helped organize cultural programs, which shows my ability to lead and organize activities for others. My entrepreneurial skills enabled me to become an Airbnb Superhost in just 25 days of being a host. I look forward to Operations, Market Research, and the impact of Data Analytics on decision making while maintaining stakeholder communication and project management skills.
